To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayCraft Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Consequential Damages Exclusion
Under no circumstances shall PlayCraft Academy be liable for any loss of income, loss of business opportunities, loss of reputation, or any other consequential, indirect, or special damages resulting from your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. 12. Force Majeure Provisions
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
